Everything You Need to Know for a Smooth Event!

  • The number of bartenders you'll need depends on the size and type of your event. As a general rule, one bartender can efficiently serve around 50-75 guests. For larger events or high-traffic areas, we recommend adding additional bartenders to ensure smooth service and keep the drinks flowing. If you have specific needs or concerns, just let us know, and we’ll help you determine the perfect setup for your event!

  • Florida law prohibits us from selling alcohol for a profit. However, we’re here to make things easier for you! We can handle picking up the alcohol before your event, so you don’t have to worry about the extra hassle. Just provide us with your selections, and we'll take care of the rest.

  • Once you've booked with us, we’ll arrange an appointment—either over the phone or at the venue—to discuss the ideal location for your bar setup. If you’re interested in having a signature drink at your event, we’ll also schedule a tasting session to explore and select the perfect options. We’re here to ensure every detail is just right for your special occasion!

  • Yes, we are fully licensed, insured, and food handling-certified. Your event is in safe hands with us, ensuring a professional and worry-free experience.

  • To secure your date, we require a 50% down payment of the total cost of our services. The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before the event. This ensures everything is set for your special occasion and allows us to provide the best service possible.

  • If you cancel up to 30 days before your event, there’s no penalty, and any security deposit paid will be fully credited towards a future booking with Mobile Mixology.

    For cancellations or rescheduling within 30 days of the event, Mobile Mixology may retain up to 100% of payments made for that booking, including any security deposits, balance payments, or additional payments.
